Modified Home - Manly
This project located in Manly beach represents the quintessential modern beach house, Designed to compliment the existing urban architecture, the simple white palette allows the texture of external materials and shading devices to play with light in a delicate manner.
The design was originally developed form one of Sanctum:Livings "pre-designed homes" and has evolved into a spectacular building which is both playful and succinct in its response to the beachside environment.

Modified Home - Oatley
This home in Sydney's south was modified from an adaptive base module suiting Solar Sector 6. The house is well equipped with 4-5 bedrooms, 2 living areas plus an external entertaining area. With the use of traditional materials in a contemporary manner, the house is complemented by low maintenance native landscaping to for a quintessentially Australian home.
